COVID-19 Delivery Service Update (please expect delays while we are in Level 3)
The Aramex network whom we use to deliver our parcels is currently experiencing delivery delays of up to 5 working days on top of their normal delivery times. Please note: Rural Deliveries (RD) are onforwarded to your local NZ Post rural postie). NZ Post also advise there is also delivery delays of up to 5 workings days on top of their normal delivery times, especially in the Auckland region while they remain at Alert Level 3. This is due to restrictions of social distancing, restricted workforce, increased parcel volumes, businesses being closed and other safety protocols and ask for your understanding at this time.
We do apologise for these delays, but unfortunately once the goods leave us it is out of our control.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible (within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order) Monday to Friday – this excludes public holidays. All orders are sent with a tax invoice enclosed, these can also be emailed upon request.
If there is a problem supplying any of your order we will be in contact with you. Please note: We do try and manage all low stocked items and tag any low stock on hand best we can. If stock on hand is good you will not see a stock on hand message.
If the product is returned in original as new condition then the item/s can be exchanged or a store credit given – to be used within 30 days from date of original purchase. Any extra freight charges associated with exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer.
If products are deemed by Hi Shine Equine New Zealand to be faulty we will replace the item/s. A refund will only be given when we are unable to replace a product.
When returning an item please contact us in advance via phone or email to advise us of the return and get our physical address details.
Delivery & Freight Terms
All prices are inclusive of GST. Payment can be made by website credit card via Paypal, AfterPay or bank deposit. Bank deposit details will be given to you at the time you place your order.
We use Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) for 99% delivery of our orders; Delivery is usually 1-3 working days nationwide for Urban address’s and up to 5 working days for Rural delivery addresses. Exceptions are post office box delivery addresses and small envelope items, where we will use NZ post. NZ post deliveries can take anywhere from 1- 5 working days. Anything sent in an envelope is sent at purchasers risk, alternatively please select tracked post.
Order Dispatched Notices
Once we have processed your order and it’s ready for the courier to collect you will receive an ‘Order Completed‘ email notification from us letting you know your order has been packed and is awaiting courier collection.
At this stage we are not set up to email tracking details automatically, however tracking details are available upon request. Please do contact us if you think your order is taking longer than expected to be delivered and we will track its movements for you. If we do email you your tracking details you can check up on it here
